What Does the Training Entail?
Empowered Today Instructor Training is a 5-day course that empowers it’s participants with the knowledge and skills to teach a violence prevention program of up to 16hrs long.

– Research & Statistics
– The history & principles of Empowerment Self Defence
– Emotional, Mental & Physical skills for violence prevention & personal safety
– Self-care: Grounding, Mindfulness, State regulation, Support

– How to build a student-centred curriculum that focuses on your strengths
